Scarce Douglas Aircraft WWII Factory Poster 17×22”

Scarce Douglas Aircraft Corporation WWII factory poster. This was to encourage workers to not transfer to another job for higher pay because it would slow down the war effort (because they would have to train new people). It was a big issue with so many factories needing so much work that poaching was a regular thing. Many companies put posters like this out to prevent it. Douglas Aircraft posters were only made with thick paper stock and all measure exactly 17×22”. This particular poster was part of their illustrated part catalog series. All artists were also Douglas aircraft employees. Slight smudging top left, see pics for condition. Only copy of this poster known.
