1920’s Wurlitzer Style 50 Band Organ


Rare Wurlitzer Style 50 miniature band organ in as found working condition. Manufactures in 1931 by the Rudolph Wurlitzer Manufacturing Company as the smallest instrument they or any American builder ever produced. Not many produced and even fewer surviving the years of use at children’s ¬†outdoor amusements including the numerous kiddielands that sprang up around the country in the decades after World War 1. The interior of the Style 50 is filled with music making pipes, chest, pump and spooled paper roll control system that gives life to the band organ.
